UN adopts Holocaust resolution

And I thought I’d seen it all …
NYT - The General Assembly adopted a resolution on Tuesday to establish an annual day to commemorate victims of the Holocaust, reject denials that the genocide occurred and urge countries to educate their citizens about the World War II killings.
The resolution also commends countries that preserve Holocaust sites and asks the secretary general to establish a program of remembrance and education within six months and to report back annually on its progress.
“Resolutions come and go, but this one you could call eternal because it means that every year from now on there will be a commemoration,” said Dan Gillerman, the United Nations ambassador from Israel.
The Holocaust Industry sure are busy bees.
And yes, resolutions certainly do “come and go,” especially the ones that Israel hasn’t complied with. What a joke. Needless to say, Bolton also brought up the Iran quote again. Bolton of course being the same Bolton that counts as his crowning achievement that he derailed a call for calling racism on Zionism.
This is just unreal. I honestly don’t know where to begin. Gillerman calling it eternal hints for instance that he is eager to make this part of an “eternal jewish culture” which in turn shows that Gillerman doesn’t grasp the concept of culture.
And why wasn’t it taken to a vote? Because it is protocol you say and that 104 out of 191 is a majority? Or because it would have failed if it had indeed been put to the test and that the silent consent served the Zionist cause better?
My biggest gripe though is this: You cannot have a “Holocaust day” that selectively commemorates just one genocide. But I guess that the Chosen people are a tad more important than say Armenians, Japanese, Tutsis, Kurds, East Timorese, Iraqis, Chinese, Congolese, Vietnamese, Ukrainians, Russians, Cambodians or Native Americans … right? Even if one uses the terribly inflated number of six million dead, the Nazi Holocaust still doesn’t count as the most numerous genocide of all times. The right course of action would have been to have a holocaust day and to promote tolerance and multiculturalism. But we know Israel doesn’t support that. This promotes neither and has once again shown the influence and determination of the Holocaust Industry. Right now they seem concerned with not losing their daily bread and the most important bargaining chip that Israel and the Zionists have. If this is the education they are going to offer, then thanks but no thanks!
As could be expected, few dared to speak up against this folly. And after this, there will be even fewer. I sense sweeping new defamation laws coming up.
