Hugo Chavez slandered by Holocaust lobby

And in a fairly bold way too. The hate campaign being directed by the notorious Wiesenthal Centre and other Israeli interest groups aims to isolate Venezuela like they have Iran and gain some bonus credits with the US by impeding human rights and fair trade in the region.
Voltaire Network - An organization for the defence of human rights, the Simon Wiesenthal Centre, and French journals Libération and Le Monde continue to spread defamatory accusations against Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez, calling him an anti-Semite. Clearly acting in bad faith, they manipulated a mutilated statement in an effort to discredit a political figure that has emerged as an anti-imperialist reference for Latin American progressive movements as well as within the Organization of Petroleum Exporting Countries (OPEC).
So, basically, the Jewish/Israeli groups continue to conjure daemons, where there previously are none, to justify their existence. Overall they seem to have sunken so deep into their own vicious lies that they can’t even be trusted to carry a single quote without lacing it with innuendos. Considering what we have learned about apologists like Alan Dershowitz and their works it seems to be endemic.
One should also note that the Voltaire Network has, as they point out, worked with the Wiesenthal Centre in the past. The question is if they will do so again. There may be political capital yet to burn for the lobby groups, but it seems to be finally running out. And one can only gleefully note that it is because of their own doing. Hope it was worth it because payback is a bitch.
