Another Message From The Iraqi Resistance

Another message from the Iraqi resistance … or disinformation. Who knows. I don’t know much about the age or origin of this clip other than that it was released on several political BitTorrent trackers recently. Very compelling and invigorating words nevertheless, presented in a very concise and compact format. But it is almost too good to be true. The narration is stunning in its clarity, breadth and focus and it reads like a complete indictment and analysis of the westerns powers and their misdeeds in Iraq. Very little sabre rattling, apart from the handling of what appears to be improvised explosives. Almost no polemicizing or fighting words and no overt religious references. Most likely made during 2005 in aimed directly for the US market.
Of course, I’m not the one they need to convince, nor am I among the prime targets of disinformation, i.e. propping up the idea of violence and the need for Americans to step up their brutalities and expand their tour of the region. Either way, convincing me of the idea of an Iraqi resistance that is this focused and eloquent only strengthens my resolve (and the resolve of others I presume) that one needs to make more of a contribution than doing this armchair general routine. Whoever is behind this short feature is most likely also aware that it can backfire tremendously.

Compare this also to a much older message from the Islamic Jihad Army which seems to at least superficially originate from the same source.
Edit: This was indeed dated 17th of March 2005 and listed as Communiqué No. 7. It’s not easy to keep up with all the information that is flying around. Is there a Mujahideen mailing list one can sign up for …
