The State of Iraq

The Brookings Institution has released their updated State of Iraq chart. The good news? Well, Iraq produces on average 100 measly MW more electricity since last February. Sounds like a well spent 8 BILLION dollars of aid … or maybe not. The last time I checked one could get two nuclear reactors worth for about 8 billion dollars.
