A little reality jab

So it turns out that the attack on a community mosque in Iraq was anything but an accident. Besides brutish retaliation on civilians, it of course goes a long way towards fermenting the civil war and the abyss between the religious and ethnic groups and their relationship to the central authority.
What was once terror has now been euphemistically dubbed a “little reality jab” by the U.S. imperial army. Such boyish cheekiness only works on highly militarized societies.
