Sweden halts PFP air force exercise with Israel

Finally something sensible to come out of Swedish foreign policy. Granted though they didn’t explain the decision very well. Very sneaky indeed of NATO to add Israel to the list of PFP participants, at the very last moment. They seem bent on dragging all of us down, making us partners in crime in their euphemistically named “Partnership for Peace.” At the same time, Israel is slowly moving towards a possible candidacy to the NATO. And the organization itself, needless to say, just refuses to give up and is in fact stronger than it has ever been. Even though its mandate is bust and even though it has repeatedly violated its own most basic tenet, namely only to defend the territories of member nations. What we are seeing here can be described as nothing less than radical and it is deeply troubling to see that so many are taking the bait. Perhaps Sweden’s decision can make at least some people take a step back and think twice about NATO collaboration and the hidden agenda.
